We are in search of a Cerner Acute Consultant for a multiple U.S. clients to provide interface development and support. This is a W2 hourly consulting role.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Responsible for communicating, collaborating and working to design and customize clients’ new or updated computer systems
Support specific Cerner software services
Communicate with and support clients on a day-to-day basis
End goal is to support clients through Cerner upgrades, system changes and enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance, which can include system testing, troubleshooting, issue management, training and go-lives.
Excellent customer service skills
Capabilities for use of Cerner tools for report development
Be self-directed and work on collaborative teams
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
