We are in search of an Epic OpTime Credentialed Trainer for a Northeastern U.S. client to provide end user training to staff on Epic applications. This is a W2 hourly consulting role.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Education, Business Administration, Communications, or Healthcare related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Epic Orders certification
Minimum of one year experience delivering a combination of classroom, on-line and one-on-one training
1-3 years of prior classroom training experience strongly preferred; previous application training
Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting, Epic experience preferred
Ability to deliver training both in a one-on-one basis or in a group or classroom setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both interpersonally and on a technical level
Knowledge and understanding of technical writing
Knowledge and understanding of instructional design and development
Ability to adapt and respond effectively to the constantly changing healthcare environment and evolving practice of healthcare professions; and the ability to coordinate and facilitate teamwork and diverse groups
