Description
Position Overview

We are in search of a Cerner CommunityWorks Training Lead to join our team to transform a core group of SMEs into a training team. This position will be located with a client based in the Northwestern U.S.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years leading in-classroom Cerner solution training
Primary training experience in at least 2 of the 4 solution areas: PowerChart/CareNet, FirstNet, SurgiNet/CareNet (pre-op, intra-op, post-op), Physicians (acute & ambulatory)
Curriculum Development
Trainer Mentoring and Development Experience

Responsibilities

Assist with the identification, recruitment, training and support of department-based Super Users
Report issues identified in training and recommend the modifications of learning materials or other appropriate actions
Responsible for timely completion of learning materials to meet delivery dates
May participate with Integration Testing along with SMEs
Promote mutual support among colleagues and emphasize knowledge sharing and success of the team
Demonstrate effective teaching techniques
